Collection of personal data  

Visiting the Web Site does not require the user to register or to provide personal data. When the user is required to provide personal data, the Web Site informs about the voluntary or compulsory nature of the provision of such data. FEEDER undertakes to treat the user's personal data as absolutely confidential and to use them only for the indicated purposes, although it will disclose to the competent public authorities personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible when required in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.  

In accordance with Law 15/1999 of December 13, 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, 2007, the user consents, by accepting this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, that personal data provided on this Website will be stored and processed in automated and non-automated files registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, which is responsible FEEDER.  

The user agrees that the personal data collected will be used for profiling based on age, gender, province, behavior and any other personal data we have collected for the formalization of the service.  

The user also accepts that the personal data collected may be used by FEEDER to carry out other commercial prospecting activities such as surveys or satisfaction questionnaires on the services contracted with the intention of knowing the opinion of users.  

Exercise of ARCO rights  

We inform you that at any time you have the possibility to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in relation to your personal data, under the terms established by the Organic Law of Data Protection 15/1999 of December 13 and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, by sending an email to the address: hola@getfeeder.com.  

The User may also exercise the right of erasure without undue delay of the data controller, who shall be obliged to erase without undue delay the personal data when the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. The User may also exercise his/her right to limit the processing and to the portability of the data.  

Cancellation and unsubscription of the user

Users are free to register on the Website. Its use must be carried out in accordance with what is specified in these Rules. Failure to comply with them will result in the Administrator deregistering the user, suspending the service or terminating the contract, as the case may be.  

Legal Responsibilities  

The act or failure to act in violation of the rules of positive law, contracts, the security document or these Rules, may involve the materialization of an unlawful act, an administrative offence, a misdemeanour or a crime, which will give rise to civil, administrative, labour or criminal liability. FEEDER will initiate the corresponding procedure for the Courts of Justice to determine the liability that may arise. For the expressions, opinions, comments, etc.., poured into the forums or through e-mail and the incorporation of illegal content, those who make them are responsible.  

Data retention obligation

Pursuant to Art. 12 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, data hosting service providers and telecommunications network access providers must retain the connection and traffic data generated during the provision of the service for a period of 12 months. They must provide them to the Judges, Courts or the Public Prosecutor's Office, within the framework of a criminal investigation, or for the safeguarding of public security and national defense if required by them. The obligation to retain connection and traffic data is carried out without violating the right to secrecy of communications. FEEDER will collaborate by removing the illicit data or contents included therein, voluntarily or when required by the competent authority, following a court order or as a result of a precautionary measure. It will also cancel those links established with pages or websites that are classified as illegal and will refrain from recommending access to them.

To prevent alteration of content and data, repel unauthorized access to systems, prevent the disclosure of data, etc., FEEDER and Internet service companies contracted to support the Website, have implemented measures of technological, physical, organizational, contractual, etc., required by applicable law, especially in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13 for the Protection of Personal Data in its Art. 9, Data Security and Development Regulations.

In order to guarantee the integrity of the contents that circulate through public electronic communications infrastructures, the Web Site may send certain encrypted contents.
